1. Introduction & Platform Purpose

Welcome to BettaTrust Technologies ("BettaTrust", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BettaTrust website, mobile applications, and services. BettaTrust is a tech-enabled student accommodation platform designed for university students in Abuja, specifically attending Nile University of Nigeria and Baze University.

2. Student Housing Bookings & 42-Point Audits

BettaTrust lists off-campus student hostels that have passed our physical 42-Point On-Site Audit. Students and parents browse verified bed spaces, room layouts, and amenity features.

3. Direct Payments to Hostels & Commission

Rent payments are made directly to verified hostel management with a transparent platform commission. BettaTrust does not operate an escrow model; payments are remitted directly to the verified property owner.

4. Campus Transportation & Amenities

Partner hostels offering daily campus shuttles to Nile University of Nigeria and Baze University, Abuja are bound to uphold advertised route frequencies, security fencing, and utility backup schedules.

5. User Conduct & Prohibited Actions

Users agree not to engage in rental fraud, false reviews, or unauthorized street agent transactions off-platform.
